Therapy is a relationship. Finding a right match is important for you. At the same time, it is hard to know who is the right therapist. You may have tried therapy before and it didn't quite work for you. You may need to focus more on your body rather than "just talking". My focus on treatment is finding what works for you. By providing a space that gives you sense of power and safety, we can find a path to healing. And Healing is possible.
I believe that the most effective treatment begins with building trusting relationships. Meanwhile trusting someone you've just met is impossible. It is my mission to create an environment that you feel supported and safe so that you can begin to reclaim your body and voice.
